Our President
Jorge McClees is an accomplished senior executive with a demonstrated blend of leadership, vision, cross-functional expertise, personal drive, and a track record for delivering strong business growth and financial results. He offers more than 30 years of AEC professional services, operations, business development, and M&A experience combined with 24 years of executive-level experience assembling, leading, and motivating management teams to peak performance. From building and selling his own engineering firm to Fortune 500 corporate assignments, Jorge approaches organizations holistically; aligning individuals, teams, organizations, competencies, market potential, client relations, strategy, execution and performance metrics. Jorge partners with business associates, industry leaders and subject matter experts, to best serve his client’s needs.
