We need to accurately and comprehensively understand what our client decision-makers value and proving you are the lowest-risk path to that outcome. I start by listening to each stakeholder, clarifying what they want and why, then aligning the pursuit team around a disciplined capture plan: differentiation, proof points, roles, cadence, and interview readiness. The result is fewer “busy” pursuits, stronger positioning, and higher win consistency on the projects that truly matter.
