Key Pursuit Process (Roadmap)


Winning key pursuits is not about being most qualified—it’s about influence—and Influence is about understanding what your clients want and helping them get it. We need to accurately and comprehensively understand what our client decision-makers value and proving you are the lowest-risk path to that outcome. I start by listening to each stakeholder, clarifying what they want and why, then aligning the pursuit team around a disciplined capture plan: differentiation, proof points, roles, cadence, and interview readiness. The result is fewer “busy” pursuits, stronger positioning, and higher win consistency on the projects that truly matter.
